Phdrem's Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the phdrem platform and all associated services. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. These terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

Phdrem reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account and use our services on phdrem, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Compliance with these conditions is mandatory.

Age Requirement

One Person, One Account

Each person may only register one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

Accurate and complete information is required at the time of registration. phdrem reserves the right to close any account created using false information. Please notify us promptly if any of your personal details change.

• Accounts are for personal use only — use on behalf of another person or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposits at phdrem can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or direct bank transfer. Funds are typically credited instantly. In some cases, a slight delay may occur due to bank processing times.

Minimum Deposit

Payment Verification

Wagering Requirements

For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet the bonus amount 30 times. Withdrawing before the wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bonus Validity Period

• Each individual is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Opening multiple accounts to obtain bonuses is strictly prohibited.

• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means may result in account closure.

Phdrem has specific rules governing both Sports Betting and casino games. These rules apply equally to all members. We enforce them strictly to ensure fair play for everyone.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please verify all details before placing your bet. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be considered void.

Odds Changes

Odds for Sports Betting may change up until the event begins. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. For in-play betting, odds update in real time.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled, all bets placed on that event will be refunded. For partially completed events, decisions will be made in accordance with our policy. phdrem's decision on such matters is final.

• Maximum bet limits may apply for Sports Betting.
• Suspicious betting patterns may be subject to investigation.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided.
• Bets linked to match-fixing or cheating will be voided and any winnings forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phdrem. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Opening multiple accounts or registering under another person's identity.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity to exploit bonus offers.
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or make unauthorized modifications to the platform's software.
• Using bots, automated software, or other technologies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to harm other members.
• Filing fraudulent chargeback claims against phdrem.

You can request to close your account at any time. Contact customer support and provide a reason for the closure. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

Account Closure by phdrem

Phdrem may suspend or permanently close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions or participation in prohibited activities.
• Registering with false or forged identification documents.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Extended periods of account inactivity.
• As directed by a court or regulatory authority.

Self-Exclusion

Phdrem is committed to delivering the highest quality of service. However, in certain circumstances it is necessary to define the limits of our liability.

Technical Issues

Phdrem will not be held liable for service interruptions caused by server downtime, loss of internet connectivity, or other technical issues. We will work to resolve any problems as quickly as possible and will consider appropriate compensation for affected users.

Third-Party Services

Phdrem is not directly liable for issues arising from payment processors or other third-party services. However, we will assist in resolving any such problems.
